Kegel weights
These weights really help with incontinence when done consistently. I have been using them once a day for 15 minutes and can tell a difference. I recommend this product.
It works
Got these after consulting with a pelvic floor therapist. Regular kegel worked but I couldn’t tell if I was doing the kegel right when doing squats or other exercises. I also knew I needed more strength for my prolapse to be rectified. When I started on my first weight, I could do only 1:30 sec and after a month I am up to 8 mins. I can definitely feel the improvement and the feedback it provides is invaluable so you can tell if you are doing the kegel correctly or not. I would definitely recommend these as they are easy to use and it really builds pelvic strength which regular kegel won’t give you.
